Day 3 - I made it! Everyday is a little harder than the one before! Today I ventured to Ft.Wayne for some shopping but found a great salad at Casa that I think fell into my guidelines! The meals are a little tough and it seems like I am out of food all the time......complaining that's what I am doing! Making excuses and complaining! Frankly, I enjoy food....I like eating and the way food tastes! BUT food is fuel and I need to adjust my thinking!
